Ealing Borough Council

We were initially invited to design and deliver a Customer Experience programme for the Council and following the success of the pilot, it was delivered throughout the Council to both front office and support staff. 

In order to ensure maximum transfer of learning we provided training to team leaders and managers to enable them to coach the skills learnt on the Customer Experience Programme using a Coach’s Toolkit where managers could deliver bite-size sessions to their staff on a regular basis.

 Over a period of 15 years, we worked closely in partnership with Ealing’s Learning and Development team to design and deliver Presentation Skills, Teambuilding, CV Writing and Interview Skills, Conflict Management, Call Handling and Train-the-Trainer workshops.
