Coastal Group started working with Trinity in 2016 and was asked to design an Employee Engagement programme covering self-awareness, relationship intelligence and conflict resolution. Working closely with Finance Director Paul Clayton and HR Manager Tracy Jackman we developed a workshop based around the SDI® (Strength Deployment Inventory) and piloted the programme in late 2016.
The programme was an immediate hit with staff discussing their profiles and using the colours as a way of communicating better with each other and with their customers. All Head Office and Support Staff have completed the programme with regular sessions for new starters. Tracy has found the use of SDI® language to build understanding and promote collaboration particularly helpful when supporting staff through change or conflict.
The SDI® is also the foundation for a Sales Programme for new and existing Sales people to support them in their service delivery to Trinity’s existing customers and prospective new clients.
